Eat more and Improve Your Metabolisme for Lose Weight

If you want to loose weight but you still want to eat more, this article is your answer. Since many diet tips suggest us to reduce the meal or to skip having meal, this principle will introduce you the opposite way. These will be 2 principles which can help you lose your weight in the right way and you still can enjoy having meal and eat more. So let these principles enter to your daily habit.

Principle 1: Improve your metabolism.
One of the most common mistakes is to get excited or impatient and cut down your calorie intake too much. If you do this, your body will respond by reducing the speed in which it burns calories and will slow down your progress. To avoid this, do little adjustments that will keep your metabolism stable, your will continue losing weight, you will be more energized, and your cravings will be under control.
To improve your metabolism, try to include a little bit of exercise to your daily routine. Not only will you use
up more calories, you will increase your metabolism which means that you will burn up calories even when you're not moving. Make it an enjoyable exercise and one that keeps your breathing a little agitated most of the time.

Principle 2: Avoid being hungry.
It's actually more like: avoid feeling hungry. Hunger is one of the strongest urges of the body and may break your will power. It's also an urge that takes time to disappear and sometimes one may overeat because of it. To break this cycle, try to eat before feeling hungry. By this I mean that it's better if you have designated hours to eat rather than waiting until your stomach is asking for food. Two effective ways to avoid hunger are:
  • Eat between meals. That's right! Eat what you would normally eat during your 3 daily meals, throughout the whole day. Meaning, split up your 3 meals into 5 or 6, or even 3 big meals and 2 or 3 snacks (healthy snacks, avoid those calorie filled snacks. Remember we want fewer calories). This way you will be less likely to eat when you shouldn't. This has a great benefit over your body since you're giving it more calories throughout the day for it to burn.

  • Eat more dense foods.Fiber is one of your best allies in this process. Due to the high density of its composition it takes longer to pass through your digestive tract, also, your body doesn't absorb fiber, meaning fewer calories. Think of fiber as a sponge that expands when it enters your body, occupying more space and taking longer to pass through. This helps avoid feeling hungry constantly. The best source of fiber are vegetables, however, you can also find it in cereals, rice, whole-grain bread, and even in supplements. Avoid eating packaged products high on fiber. Their sugar content makes them high on empty calories.
If you can make these two principles work together, you will loose your weight. Eating less but more times a day will keep your metabolism occupied, improving its speed. And having a better metabolism will help you lose weight.
